Small Puppy

Up to 8 weeks of age

Must have first vaccination to travel and either booklet or photocopy to accompany puppy on the bus

Must be eating solid foods - we supply food but if your puppy is on a special diet please supply

Please do not worm your puppy prior travel do this 1 week before travel

Make sure your puppy has no fleas

The crate is supplied on the bus for travel

If you have booked late and only trailer crates available your pup will be transferred into bus when crates become available

ALL FIELDS MUST BE COMPLETED BELOW (even if its a NO or an N/A answer) FOR THE FORM TO PROCEED TO THE PAYMENTS SCREEN
