Must have current vaccinations up to date and copy or booklet to travel with the Kitten

Please check your pet is flea-free before traveling

Do not worm your pet prior to travel do this a good week beforehand

We supply food on the bus if your pet is on a special diet please supply

Crate supplied for travel on the bus and kitty litter

ALL FIELDS MUST BE COMPLETED BELOW (even if its a NO or a N/A answer) FOR THE FORM TO PROCEED TO THE PAYMENTS SCREEN
