BOOKING CANCELLATION FORM
If you have made a booking online with us and wish to cancel this booking there will be no charge if a FULL10 days prior pets travel - If after this period only 50% is refundable.
We do not allow changes to bookings from 1 month to another month (Postponement) without 10 days notice given. Example of notice period: if you transport is on the 16th of the month, notice of cancellation is needed by the 5th of the month for the FULL 10 days notice period.
Please note: We will deduct 2.99% when refunding you, as this is the fee that you were also charged when booking online with our payments system (we use Stripe). This is a card processing fee that we do not keep and we need to pay to Stripe even if you decide to cancel. This is why this is deducted when we refund you.
