How to set up a banana box for poultry 

Get a Good Quality Banana box and cut  2 inch slits  down each side of  both ends of box  ​

Take top of Banana box and slip  to into slits you made as shown in photo  this gives the height for  poultry in box

The lid has a hole in the top so we can access for water and food  pop a piece of cardboard over the top on one side  tape down so it acts like a hinged lid

Tie  or tape the two handle parts together to secure

Tie in  two containers such as a cut out milk container but can use what you have around the house, pop in  corners, secure, we will top up with food and water in transit

Finally ensure you have popped a waterproof sheet on bottom of the box and put hay or sawdust  on top  for comfort .  Pop a piece for carboard on top of the hole at bottom of the box as well to make  it stronger and birds cant fall through before you  put in plastic sheet and sawdust or hay in.
